Shipping policy

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include a ten-business day (not including weekends and holidays) production time in the estimate. We strive to get every order out and on the way to you as soon as possible. However, since most items we offer are custom designed, cut, painted, engraved and assembled it takes time for us to make your items to the high standards for which we hold for our finished products.

Any potential delays in shipping will be communicated to you within 36 hours of your order being placed. Orders delayed due to items out of stock, supply chain issues, equipment failure or any other circumstance beyond our control will be offered the choice a full refund or a new expected ship date.

If you need your items before the estimated delivery dates show at checkout, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to work with you to meet your required timeframe. Additional charges may apply for rushed orders. Please select the shipping / delivery method that best meets your required timeframe. Any changes to shipping / delivery after an order has been placed may incur additional charges.

Free Shipping within the Contiguous United States on all orders $150 and up.

We offer the option of Local Delivery based on the following requirements:

$6.00 Delivery Fee - Orders less than $40 in product items (not including taxes, delivery and any other fees).

Free Delivery - Orders of at least $40 in product items (not including taxes, delivery and any other fees).

$8.00 Delivery Fee - Orders less than $60 in product items (not including taxes, delivery and any other fees).

Free Delivery - Orders of at least $60 in product items (not including taxes, delivery and any other fees).

$10.00 Delivery Fee - Orders less than $100 in product items (not including taxes, delivery and any other fees).

Free Delivery - Orders of at least $100 in product items (not including taxes, delivery and any other fees).

For all orders shipped, we use trackable shipping methods from United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and the shipping address provided. The shipping methods we offer are:
