Refund policy

Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds and ask us if you have any questions or concerns. We are a small business and strive to do what is right by our customers to the best of our ability.

No Refunds On Any Custom Products

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our laser engraved and custom-made products, it's important to note that sales of all custom items are final and cannot be refunded or returned due to the custom nature of the work. Each piece is uniquely created to your specifications, making returns impracticable.

We encourage our customers to review their customizations carefully checking all spellings, dates, and design choices before making purchases.

Errors and Omissions

Errors and omissions can happen, and your satisfaction with your order is important to us. If there is an issue with your order due to a mistake on our part or a defect found in the material, please perform the following:

Contact Us Immediately: Please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your item. You can contact us via email at Sales@IndelibleEngraving.com or through our website contact form.

Our Process: We will review the issue promptly and work with you to correct it. Based on the resolution agreed upon by both parties, this may involve replacing the defective item at no additional cost to you.

Returnable Products (Non-Custom Items)

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Only items in new condition with original tags and packaging intact (as applicable) may be returned for a refund.

Items that fall into the Returnable Products category cannot be returned after 14 days of receipt. After 14 days of receipt, All Sales are Final.

Return Policy on Sale and Seasonal Items

Returns of Sale and Seasonal items are NOT accepted. All Sales are Final on items that fall into these categories.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Please note that Shipping and Handling charges are nonrefundable. Any orders returned to us that were originally given free shipping and handling will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit if the order total after the return falls below the free shipping threshold that was in place at the time of placing the order.

Returns Process

Contact us regarding the issue with your order within 14 days of receipt.

You will be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for eligible returns. Without a valid RMA, returns will not be accepted.

Shipping charges for returns are solely the responsibility of the party returning the item. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method for all items shipped to us.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. The amount and explanation of the refund will be included in the notification. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of us processing the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we processed your return, please contact us at Sales@IndelibleEngraving.com or through our website contact form.

Damages To Shipments

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items received damaged in transit will need to include photo evidence of the damage to the packaging so that we may file a claim with our shipping carrier. Please be patient during this process as we cannot control the speed at which shipping carriers resolve issues. We will work with you to resolve any concerns as best we can.
